How shipping & fees work
Every price you see in the store is fully landed. For custom sourcing requests we quote:
- Supplier cost in CNY, converted at our locked daily FX rate (currently 1 CNY = 12.95 KES).
- Shipping by the weight band below, charged at Guangzhou-warehouse actual weight — we bill any small difference transparently before your parcel departs.
- Service fee — a flat percentage that covers sourcing effort, sourcing risk and customer support.
- Last-mile delivery — rider delivery in Nairobi from the time your parcel clears customs; included in the quote.
